I am a US citizen for a year now. I lost everything in the process, and I used to think I did something wrong. I have learned that there is a perception and so any relationships start on a lie and rife with abuse. I just want us to look at immigrants as human beings, not a cancer to the society.
I am just looking for a place to start building some dignity amongst the immigrant community.
